Our team recently gathered in Woodstock for our annual retreat, which was all about connection, collaboration, and spending meaningful time together outside the office. From golf, pool, and shuffleboard to team meetings and incredible food, it was a great mix of fun and productive conversations. It was a reminder that strong relationships are at the heart of what we do at NEFG.

Our New England Financial Group / Baystate Financial CT team gathered at Wampanoag Country Club to celebrate the retirements of Michael Behrens and Glenn Thompson, along with a combined 85 years of dedication and service to the business.

It was a special evening recognizing their accomplishments and the lasting impact they’ve made through their mentorship of so many people across the organization. The night was filled with memories and appreciation for everything they’ve contributed over the years.
